About

A boutique firm built around durable operational results

TLC Legacy Consulting helps organizations transform operations, improve processes, strengthen performance visibility, and build sustainable systems for long-term growth.

Who we are

TLC Legacy Consulting is a boutique business transformation and operational excellence consulting firm. We work alongside executives, business owners, and operational leaders to make how their organizations work clearer, faster, and more measurable.

Our work sits where strategy meets execution: the processes, performance measures, documentation, and management routines that determine whether intent becomes result.

Why we exist

Many organizations don't struggle because of a lack of effort or ambition. They struggle because the operating structure beneath them hasn't kept pace with their growth — processes are undocumented, measures are unclear, and improvement depends on a few individuals.

TLC Legacy Consulting exists to close that gap: to help organizations build the processes, performance visibility, and internal capability that make lasting success intentional rather than accidental.

Mission

To help organizations transform operations and build measurable, sustainable systems that continue to perform beyond our engagement.

Vision

A standard of operational excellence where strong processes, capable people, and clear performance are the foundation of every growing organization.

Core values

Integrity

Honest assessments, even when the finding is uncomfortable.

Practicality

Solutions designed for real teams, real constraints, and real capacity.

Clarity

Plain language, defined measures, and unambiguous ownership.

Continuous improvement

Better is a routine, not a project with an end date.

Stewardship

We build what an organization can carry forward without us.

Respect for people

Improvement succeeds when the people doing the work help design it.

Consulting philosophy

Transform organizations. Lead with purpose. Continuously improve.

Lasting business success is intentionally built — through strong processes, capable people, measurable performance, and a commitment to continuous improvement. We favor evidence over assumption, simplicity over complexity, and capability transfer over dependency.

Our framework

The Legacy Method™

A structured, measurable approach to change — designed so improvements hold after the engagement concludes.

01

Understand the current state

We begin with evidence — how work actually flows, where it stalls, and what the organization is experiencing today.

02

Identify the right opportunities

Not every inefficiency is worth solving. We prioritize the improvements with the clearest operational and financial impact.

03

Create practical solutions

Recommendations are designed for your team, your constraints, and your capacity to execute — not a theoretical model.

04

Establish measurable performance

Every improvement is tied to a defined measure so progress is visible and decisions are grounded in data.

05

Build what continues

Documentation, routines, and capability stay with your organization so improvement continues after the engagement ends.

Meet Leah

Founder, TLC Legacy Consulting

As the oldest of six, leadership and responsibility have been part of my story for as long as I can remember. I was raised in Hammond, Louisiana, before moving to Houston as a teenager and later serving eight years in the U.S. Air Force.

Since then, I've built my career around leadership, business transformation, operational improvement, and helping teams turn complex challenges into practical solutions. I hold an AAS, BA, and MBA, along with professional certifications in leadership, Agile, project management, and continuous improvement.

My experience has included leading teams, delivering projects across diverse organizations, and exploring how AI and emerging technology can improve the way people work.

Outside of my professional roles, I've enjoyed developing my public-speaking skills through Toastmasters and helping fellow veterans recognize the value of their military experience as they transition into civilian careers.

I founded TLC Legacy Consulting because I genuinely enjoy helping people and organizations move from “we know something needs to improve” to a clear, achievable path forward.

Transform organizations. Lead with purpose. Continuously improve.
